For Java Edition:

This server uses Minehut as the host, the IP for Java edition is ehmsmc.minehut.gg if there's no one on, you will be sent to the minehut lobby in which you will need to type in chat (t), "/join ehmsmc", after about 5-15 seconds you will be automatically sent to the server.

For Bedrock(Phone, Xbox, Playstation, Switch) Edition:

Refer to this article to join. Once you are in, type "/join ehmsmc" to join the server.
